Gulf Hills Hotel & Retreat On The Water Ocean Springs, Ocean Springs

During my stay, I found the staff to be incredibly courteous and helpful, making me feel welcomed. The ambiance of the hotel is also enriched by its intriguing history, adding charm to the experience. However, the property could use a facelift, with several areas needing maintenance. While I enjoyed my time, the state of the outdoor space left much to be desired.

I had a really nice stay at Gulf Hills Resort. The customer service was outstanding, with the staff going out of their way to make me feel welcomed. The rooms were attractive and very clean. Although the cancellation policy left something to be desired, the overall experience was relaxing, especially with the beautiful golf course nearby.
